Seit März 2022 hat Jobaid Ukraine als rein ehrenamtliche Initiative eine Matching-Plattform geboten, um arbeitssuchende, geflüchtete Menschen aus der Ukraine und Unternehmen zusammenzuführen. Der aktuelle Bedarf an umfassenden, detaillierten Vermittlungen wird von Jobbörsen und Jobcentern gut bedient. Wir haben uns deshalb entschlossen, das Angebot der Plattform in der derzeitigen Form nicht aufrecht zu erhalten.
Wir werden seitens #WeAreAllUkrainians stattdessen neue Wege gehen, um Geflüchtete innerhalb unseres Netzwerkes gezielt und im direkten Kontakt zu unterstützen: https://www.weareallukrainians.de
Ein riesiger Dank an dieser Stelle an alle, die zwei Jahre lang Jobaid Ukraine möglich gemacht und begleitet haben:

З початку березня 2022 року Jobaid Ukraine активно сприяла українцям у пошуку роботи як волонтерська ініціатива та була зв'язковою ланкою між компаніями та біженцями з України, які були в пошуку роботи. Поточна потреба у всебічній та детальній допомозі з працевлаштування добре задовольняється біржами праці та центрами зайнятості. Тому ми вирішили не продовжувати роботу платформи в її актуальному вигляді.

Since March 2022, Jobaid Ukraine has offered a matching platform as a purely voluntary initiative to bring together job-seeking refugees from Ukraine and companies. The current need for comprehensive, detailed placements is well served by job exchanges and job centers. We have therefore decided not to maintain the platform in its current form.
